EB-3 Visa Program:

Employment-Based (EB) Visas

The Immigration and Nationality Act allows the U.S. government to issue 140,000 employment-based visas annually. These visas are allocated across five preference categories:
  • EB-1: Priority Workers
  • EB-2: Professionals with Advanced Degrees or Exceptional Ability
  • EB-3: Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Other Workers
  • EB-4: Certain Special Immigrants
  • EB-5:

    Immigrant Investors Once granted, an EB visa permits a foreign worker and their family to live and work legally in the United States as permanent residents.
