  • EB-4: Certain Special Immigrants
  • EB-5:

Immigrant Investors Once granted, an EB visa permits a foreign worker and their family to live and work legally in the United States as permanent residents.

EB-3 Visa

The maximum number of visas that can be issued each year under the EB-3 Visa Program is 40,000 (or 28.6% of the total EB program), plus any unused or unissued visas from the EB-1 and EB-2 categories for that year.

The EB-3 visa is designed for foreign nationals who wish to work in the United States. To qualify, you need a job offer from a U.S. employer who has been unable to find a suitable American worker for the position. This visa assists employers in finding workers with specialized skills that are in demand. Once you obtain an EB-3 visa, you are permitted to enter and work in the U.S. for the sponsoring employer. Essentially, it serves as authorization for employment in the United States when a job offer is secured.

The EB-3 visa includes three main categories:

Skilled Workers: Individuals whose jobs require a minimum of 2 years of training or work experience that is not temporary or seasonal.

Professionals: Individuals whose jobs require at least a U.S. bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent.

Unskilled Workers (Other Workers): Individuals capable of filling positions that require less than 2 years of training or experience and that are not temporary or seasonal. Approximately 10,000 visas per year can be issued under the EB-3 unskilled category.

EB-3 Unskilled Visa

The EB-3 Unskilled Visa offers a unique opportunity for individuals worldwide to come to the United States for employment in jobs that do not require advanced skills or education. These positions typically involve hard work but do not demand specialized training or expertise, such as roles in agriculture, hospitality, or various labor-intensive industries.
